1. Who we are

q9labs.ai is operated by CollabEZ FZE LLC (UAE), trading as Q9 Labs ("Q9 Labs", "we"). For anything in this policy, contact us at [email protected].

2. What we collect, and why

The only personal data this site collects is what you type into its forms:

The demo and contact form (on the home page, product pages, and contact page) asks for your name, company, work email, WhatsApp number, and product interests. We use it to respond to your request and follow up about the products you asked about.
The LEAP 2026 registration form (on /leap) asks for your name, company, work email, WhatsApp number, and product interests. We use it to provision the offer and follow up about it, as described in the LEAP offer terms.

We do not sell personal data, run advertising networks, or collect payment details on this site.

3. How form submissions reach us

Forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a submission comes from a person. Google processes technical data (such as IP address and browser information) to make that check, under Google's own privacy policy.
Demo and contact submissions are delivered to our inbox by EmailJS, an email delivery service that processes the submission solely to send it to us.
LEAP registrations are sent to our own leads endpoint, with EmailJS as a fallback delivery route if that endpoint is unavailable.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed and which links and buttons are clicked. Both use cookies or similar identifiers.
PostHog runs only on the production site and keeps visitors anonymous unless you submit a form. Session replay is enabled only on the /leap pages, and everything you type is masked before it is recorded.

5. Retention and your choices

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up, and lead records no longer than necessary for that purpose.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing [email protected]. Marketing opt-outs are honoured immediately.

6. Changes

If this site starts collecting or processing data differently, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
