q9labs.ai is operated by CollabEZ FZE LLC (UAE), trading as Q9 Labs ("Q9 Labs", "we"). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What this site is

• The site presents the Q9 Labs products — Ava, Nura, Flow, Chalk, Track, and Edli — and lets you request a demo or contact us.
• Product descriptions are informational. Features, availability, and pricing can change, and nothing on the site is an offer that binds us until we agree terms in writing.
• Submitting a demo or contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a subscription, account, or contract.
• The LEAP 2026 promotion has its own offer terms, which prevail over these terms for that offer where they differ.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the forms genuinely: submit your own accurate details, and other people's details only with their consent.
• Do not disrupt the site, probe or circumvent its protections (including reCAPTCHA), or submit automated or bulk requests through the forms.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.

4. Intellectual property

The site's content — text, illustrations, product names, and marks — belongs to Q9 Labs or its licensors. You may browse and share links to the site; you may not reproduce its content commercially or present it as your own without our written permission.

5. Third-party services

The site links to and relies on some third-party services (described in our Privacy Policy). External sites and services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

6. Disclaimers and liability

• The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the courts of the Emirate in which CollabEZ FZE LLC is registered.
• If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
